I never had luck using the PC, when I tried it I used 2-3x more than by hand.
If you are using ZFX, be sure to shake up well, then let sit for 15-20 minutes to react with the Z2.
I use foward and back overlapping motions. It goes on thin and at some spots looks like I missed, but as it hazes, what looked like was missed, actually had a very thin coat.
But I would call Sal...I agree all my Zaino flows around inside the bottle, Ive never had "glops". Maybe you do have a contaminated bottle...
My technique is get the pad wet, wring it out, then spraying with some Z6. I put some ZFX+Z2pro on the pad then apply going in straight overlapping passes. I let the Z2 cure for about 30 minutes which is more than enough to get it dry in 90 degree temps. I buff it out then Z6 it to remove residuals. Using the same pad I repeat the process but the stuff just slides across the surface leaving nothing behind so the original load can do the car several times over, that would be efficent use if any stayed behind.
I've tried terry & mf pads, both failed miserably. I don't trust foam at all, even the softest foam seems too stiff.
Most of the bottle is gone so it may be difficult to call Sal about it. Come to think of it I probably chucked it, i'll have to double check.
