It seems to remove some of the glazing effect of vanilla moose on my black car, so when you look side by side on a panel with and without s100, the side with s100 appears a little bit hazier or cloudier. Since then I've just stuck with using vanilla moose without a topper on my own car.
It would highlight imperfection bacause it's the most reflective wax you can buy, unless you want to spend a lot more on a white nuba product. The problem might be that you are putting an oil on an oil. Vanilla mouse is oily to say the least, then you wax the oil, maybe that is where the problem is. I've used s100 on AIO, p21s paint cleanser, over water based sealants, and by itself 100's of times with no clouding or ill effects.
