If you had one day to spend with someone who's gone..
Who would it be ?
What would you do ?

I bet you would and do a fine job, dunno about the spoke wheels though, for me anyways. Sorry about your parents.norahcrv said:Gee, doesn't anybody want to talk to their "Mom"??
Seriously, I have to jump in & say that it would be my Dad, too!! It will be five years next month, and I still miss him everyday!! He was the one that taught me to "take care" of my cars & I can still hear him getting after me if I try to say "good enough" before I've given my best effort!!
We wouldn't do anything fancy, just hang out in the garage, with the music that we enjoy & polish up a set of wire wheels for old time's sake

PS - That is a picture of my Dad's MG-B that he sold in 1972. It was taken on April 26 of this year, by the fellow that he sold it to, who moved it to England & stayed in touch with Dad all these years.I would LOVE to get my hands on it & polish it up!!
