I am really glad to see Showroom bring up this topic. I concur with the fellow who said he was glad that Showroom brought it up because "he thought he was loosing his mind." I have noticed the "marring," also. I have also noticed "smeariness." Now, these are not things to get terribly worried about, because, as SR observes, they are in the Z, not the paint.
Also, I have observed that with time and applications of Z6, the smeariness goes away. I think it is perhaps inherent in a product that is a liquid polymer . . . its like pouring liquid plastic on your car. I know it is supposed to cure, but <em class='bbc'>something[/i] is on top of the paint at times. I think that often it is the result of too thick an application of Z.
SR, do the lines of the marring change directions according to which way you most recently wiped the paint? Or, are they set?
