Wifey drives anice car...but yours should be garage since it's cooler :P...(and more expensive). Very nice job with the details...the first pic is the mage wetness!

Mysticchrome, that deserves to be in a garage for sure over a z06. Very,very rare car there, very nice to. Love cobra's :bow Z06 isa nice to but the mystic chrome is a vewry rare breed of car
 
lol, no these are customers (friends) of mine. I have a Camaro the one in the background :-) The ZO6 is a track car(roadcourse) and the Cobra has a Pullies, Exhaust, Full Tune. While the Cobra may be the faster of the cars quarter mile time, the ZO6 is stock and runs 12.5 the Cobra runs like a 12.3. One of our good friends has a 04 Yellow Zinc Cobra with 505RWHP and only goes around Putnam Road Course Park at 1:31 while that stock to the air filter ZO6 goes 1:23. The ZO6 also gets 29MPG as the Cobra only getting 19MPG.



We had this same discussion after the job was done.
 
stock z06 would beat a stock 03 cobra... 03 cobra are like supra ... the trap high mph.. and they are dyno queens.

lmao i think not. a stock '03-'04 goes high 12s @ 11x while a 500+hp supra will do 12.xx/11.xx @ 2xxmph +. So they are hardly dyno queens. :furious:

edit: stock v stock the Z would win, but it only be about 1 or 2 car lengths :xyxthumbs

Irs sucks on 03 cobras. my Z with a tune,lid, cutout and converter went 12.2@110.. i say they cant run decent times because most 03 cobra usuall wheel hop and that = broken haft shafts . anyways how many 03 cobra do you see race from a dead stop... supra ans 03's are on roll patrol.



now if you want to put the new z06 so to challenge.. i would give the 03 cobra a 2 car head start and the bump..

yea i agree on the IRS. But '03/'04s still do pretty good from a dig, even with stock tires, it just takes a good driver. You have a Z28 or Z06? if its a Z06 did you get a ram air hood? Im assuming Z28 due to the lid. I see plenty of '03/'04s race from a stop. you add drag radials,exhaust,and intake, even on a stock IRS, they can go low 12's high 11's



edit: yea, the new Z is crazy, the cobra would need 2-4 cars at least
 
Man I wish I could detail cars like that! They both look amazing and of course the Z06 is way better than that sharty Ford. lol You have a nice camaro yourself. What kind of wheels are those on your car?
