This 2010
Spirtit Special Edition (424 sq. in.) was detailed a year ago and has been washed only once since then. This was a "clean and seal" job only, on single stage paint and brushed stainless steel (not worth breaking out the Flex 3401 buffer). There were a few RIDS that I didn't try to get out (mostly cosmetic surface marring in the stainless steel).
Condition:
> Single stage medium gloss black paint (not flat, not high gloss): fair amount of orange peel, a few RIDS, general light dirt, light oil/grease coating
> Single stage textured gloss black paint: a few RIDS, general light dirt, light oil and grease coating
> Brushed stainless steel: a few RIDS, heavy carbon deposits in a few places, light oil/grease coating
> Black molded plastics: getting dull looking, light oil/grease coating
Products Used:
>
LA's Totally Awesome Cleaner (5:1)
>

> Rinse all surfaces until free of cleaners; dry with MF cloth
>
