200,000 mile Grand Am

I was called to do a 2000 Grand am with over 200,000 miles on it. The dealer bought it from an auction for $500 and wasnt expecting it to turn out too great. There were a few spots that the clear was peeling, and several places that were touched up. I wasnt too excited about this one at all so i didnt bother taking any before pics. The car was swirled from front to back and the paint was so dull it almost looked pink. I decided to go cheaper route this time and went all Auto Magic for the correction rather than going for the Car Brite Black Pearl line that i usually use. I realize the car isnt perfect by far, but for 200,000 miles its not going to be.
My process - Washed with Zip Wax

all machine work done with Harbor Freight rotary

thanks for looking
Edit - the headlights needed to be restored but the dealer didnt want it...not my fault lol

My car looks like that one did when it started probably, although I only have 165k on it. Hope I can get it 3/4 of the way as good as that one. Nice job sir.

Really nice.
Bet dealer was happy, he can get double for it now the way it looks.

Thank you. He offers me my old job back there all the time. Considering a big amount of my work comes from him anyway, I've definatly taken into consideration to become a weekend warrior again. There's no telling what the future might bring..

Good work man on the detail.

How do you like the Car Brite products?

been thinking of getting some.

I personally love Car Brite. I really can't afford not to use them. Ill drop you a PM when I get home this evening and would be happy to answer any questions you have about them.
