Whats up with the Orange stains on the rotors though.....why does that happen

That's just flash rust from rinse water being on the bare metal of the brake rotors. It's gone after the first drive when the brake pads contact the rotor and knock it off.

This shot is for tdekany and for everyone that questioned his undersized tire mounted on a wide rim. That is the rear wheel of this M3 with a tire that is 100% undersized (from the factory) for that rim. I'm not sure what the purpose is but some engineer at BMW got paid a lot of $$$ to figure out this set-up.

Typically this setup is used so that the tread portion of the tire does not rub on the edge of the fender.



It allows for some healthy wheel poke without possibility of body damage going over large bumps.
