All "great words" that add up to "omnipotent wisdom". Beginning with God...... now, the sky is the limit. All these words, the foundation of my existence, every day of my life. Thank-you for calling them to our attention! Have a prosperous year!
Whites and reds are winning colors. But "immaculately clean" should be your main goal. Folks who pay good money for "detailing" want the environment as clean as your making their cars.
I dont see many clients paying high prices for detailing. In Fairfield County, it rains 3 to 4 times per week. Very hard to keep a car nicely, unless it is a fair weather only car. I think you should not depend on doing too many 500.00 dollar details. That has been my finding here in Ct. I have...
If you Search: "Auto Polishing" from Google, I usually come up first or second. That is the main reason it is hard for me to give it up. I figure I have over 5000 cars under my belt, in 42 years. My bones crack like a marionette. But "Paint Correction has yielded me everything I have today. I...
When you get "skilled" you can take "calculated" risks with only understanding clients. Some clients will rip your head off and you know what in it. So pick your clients very selectively. It can be a "cruel" world. I learned four decades ago, everybody knows, every thing, so they think. Stay...
Here is a 2.5 million dollar ORIGINAL Fittipaldi GT 40. This car was one of 3 made like it. Either you know what your doing, or you don't. Then everything is a risk. I removed the scratches in all the plastic window glass with a wool pad and compounded with a three step method. Somewhat risky...
Dont get too hung up on what the competition is doing. Always put out superior work and great things will happen. I do little to no advertising but remember: Your only as good as your last detail. Search: "Auto Polishing" you will find me usually in the top three from Google and Yahoo. Even...
I have been very blessed over the years. The Cougar XR-7 convertible is my car from high school. We enjoyed our 40th Summer in this car. Its not hard to tell I do have a car fetish. Hence the "paint correction" business for over 40 plus years.
The XK-8 if not maintained can show its age quickly. The guy that painted my car didn't know much about sanding and buffing. Luckily, I did. This is my second Jag Coupe. For every seven convertible there was one Coupe made. Here is the other Coupe.
Nice job on that XK-8. I have always loved these cars! Just had to have one. To me they are one of the sweetest cars to grace the American highway! People do look at you snobby when I pull up in my black mirror.
I like all the dark colors. I couldn't decide so I have a Crimson Red Cadillac. A pacific Blue Jaguar, an Oxford White Saleen, Midnight Black Cougar and that about covers most of my favorite colors.
