Lunch/dinner thread.

I would post what I eat but I think nobody would be impressed....

Basic ingredients for every meal include- complex carbs (brown rice, whole grain oatmeal or sweet potatoes mostly), lean protein (chicken breast, tuna, salmon, egg whites) and healthy fats (olive oil, alvacodos, peanuts) and lots and lots of veggies..
Im impressed!:D

Kudos for eating healthy ,Todd.

We like alot of the same food.I eat peanuts(cant live without them!)brown rice ,yams and avocados everyday. And lots of vegetables.

BTW its good to get your peanuts organic. They use a lot of pesticide on conventionally grown peanuts.Whole foods has them for a great price ,if you have one nearby.

Screw healthy. I just had Sage Fried Chicken over hardwood smoked bacon waffles with maple reduction at the Hash House A Go Go here in Vegas. MMMM Gooood!!!!!
