I would post what I eat but I think nobody would be impressed....

Basic ingredients for every meal include- complex carbs (brown rice, whole grain oatmeal or sweet potatoes mostly), lean protein (chicken breast, tuna, salmon, egg whites) and healthy fats (olive oil, alvacodos, peanuts) and lots and lots of veggies..

Pretty much, I'm a vegetarian.
I just prefer that some animal has digested and processed em before I get em
