Agree. And I like the current direction. Seems when Todd came here that some life has been put back.
 
i don't normally post everyday but this is my first stop after i check the email... always interesting and sometimes funny posts and i learn something er'day....

I've been a member of DC now AF since almost the inception of DC (about 10 years) Over the years that I have posted on this site (DC), IMO it was one of the best detail sites on the net, and I looked at quite a few of them. It was well moderated, no one got flamed out, spamming was not tolerated and the wealth of detail information was amazing. It was more of a family of people that could talk about anything and get great feed back.

I have noticed a lot of new members coming from other sites, which leads to wonder why they where not her before? Honestly as a long time member, I think that DC had a lot more detail related threads that pertained to processes or how to fix something, than what I see today. Today its more reviews of products sold by AG and or introduction of new products.

I more than understand what happened with DC and why it's AF now. All things have a life expectancy, it was DC's time. I do believe that this forum is in a transition, and what lies ahead will be interesting to see what it becomes.
