Detail Fest about to begin...

cwcad

New Normal
As I sit and type just a few moments before the start of DetailFest at the AG warehouse I have been lamenting the fact that I will not be able to attend.

It is of small solace to know that I can view all the happenings on the web-cam. I wonder if I can hear the conversations? Will I be able to smell the aroma of the new Poorboy's products? How much will I be able to tell the paints finish after one of the test demos?

Is the web cam a wonderful thing or just a big tease for us less fortunate and unable to attend?

I vote for a wonderful thing!!:bigups Gotta go now.:dnaughty since the web cam should be showing the start of the activities.

I'm guessing that technology is just mocking me again, but has anyone gotten cam#2 to work? I keep getting a "truncated class file" error. :(

Sorry to say, but I think it is technology having a good :lol2: at your expense sir . . . but then I'm only using Windows XP & Firefox . . .
. . . still, I wish there were a way to make the pictures bigger for these old eyes . . . even with a magnifying glass, I can't find Pockets :(

. . . funny, there has been more activity here on DC than over on AGO's forum . . . their last post was 40 minutes ago :wall:

Well I tried to connect up and get nothing....XP and firefox here...I trust that they are polishing and waxing their a$$ off

With Windows XP and Fire Fox or Internet Explorer and cable hook up, I can only get camera #1 with the small picture.
Camera #2 has returned several error messages at different times, but has never fully loaded. Right now, I get the famous red X.
Anyway, now I don't have to watch what I am missing.

I have both cams working on my computer. I have been busy watching of course I am the kind of guy that likes picking the meat out of walnut shells and taking knotts out of string. I think I am to easy:redface:

. . . I wouldn't say that . . . I straighten electrical cords too!! ;)

:hmmm: must be "wing time" . . . judging by the mass exodus I'm seeing on camera 1 :notme:
