I got to visit with Troy and Sheila again, which is always a pleasure. At least for me!
Likewise.
I am always impressed when I go to Autogeek. It just keeps getting bigger and better. The staff is always very friendly and they seem to make a great team. Max is always a very gracious and generous host.
Makes me proud to have them as sponsors here. :bigups
I made it for a couple of hours before closing.
Besides seeing Dwayne and Troy again, this time I met Sheila, Steve and Pockets.
Maybe next year I'll get there earlier and hope you guys identify yourselves!

Also it was great to finally meet Steve and the Famous Pockets too! Steve let me use the QD+ on my Mazda5 after the trip there and i would say it was a super product to use. That's one I'm going to order! Thank's Steve for the mini Natty's blue! Also it was great to meet alot of folks there too........Hi Pats.....

I am glad that you and Eric made it home safe. Thanks again Steve for the mini Natty's and giving me the chance to try QD+. I also got the chance to try out QD+ and its a great product. Something I will be picking up in the future as well.

I ordered the QD+, White Diamonds and two of the inside window cleaner pads.
I was going to order the Lake Country pads for my PC but couldn't remember what pieces and size the guy recommended.
They were behind in packing orders, so was willing to let them ship it instead.
Of course as soon as I walked in the door, my husband asked what I bought.
I did have the freebee box of Wolfgang products in the AutoGeek box.
I didn't realize how packed full of cool stuff it was.
I need the window cleaner, took the cleaning pads and mitt.
The soap goes to my husband.
Will share some of the other stuff with the guys at work.
I also grabbed some of the models' posters for the guys at work.
They're like brothers - I keep an eye out for them.

Maybe soon we could meet up in the Bay area or at Troy's. I had to take to day off work to go to DF, i always work on saturday's but sometime in the future i'll try to go..........Angelo

I've got Canon gear.
I brought several lenses but only used the 24-70L at DetailFest on my 20D.
I use mostly natural light but time of day makes a big difference.
The sun was bright (right Pockets?) so the afternoon is not the time to be photographing in a parking lot.
Large overhead doors made the warehouse a decent place to shoot.
I could have grabbed a light from my bag in the car but didn't.
And of course the artist's touch interpreting the photographs before and after the shoot!

I work lots of Sunday afternoons to get caught up and be ready for Monday.
But I didn't today.
Besides doing the road trip yesterday, I drove to Jacksonville and back on Friday.
Two days of car sitting was rough for this old body!
I'm trying to figure out a Saturday for Troy to do my car.
He wondered why, since I buy products.
Once a year I want a good cleaning and a good base of protection for the paint.
You know our summer sun is rough.
I can do the maintenance cleaning in between.

Again it was a pleasure to meet some of the members like Eric, Angelo, Suzanna,Pat, Stewart and i know there were a few others that didn't tell me who they were :hmmm: :bigups
Pockets & I had a great time meeting the staff of Autogeek including Bob, Dwayne, Meghan, Jason, Ashley, Matt (as we know him Mattz28) Alfonso, Carlos, Bobby, and I'm sure I missed a couple.
We spent a good deal of time with Troy and Sheila and again it was a great time
I know we are tired
