BudgetPlan1- Heh heh, oughta kick this discussion over to the Health and Fitness thread :D

But yeah, I pretty much max out my HR when I do cardio. *WAY* above that "220-age" stuff that some still believe in. And yeah, I have fallen off the equipment, as did some subjects in the original Tabata studies (and those guys were Olympic champions), still happens now and then with the AirDyne.

When my wife had her Stress Test (I`ve never had one) they didn`t take her to the absolute max but yeah, it was still more than she`s used to.

This getting older stuff ain`t much fun.

Being in good shape fixes that IME. OK, yeah...I`m only 58, but so far the whole "age-related decline" thing isn`t happening.

Is that the point, to take you to the cardiovascular brink? I figrd was just gonna be a little exercise to get to normal exertion levels. My legs are a hurtin` today.Haven`t talked to em yet but online result indicates: "Assessments: Other forms of angina pectoris" which Google tells me

1. Stop smoking
2. We don`t know
3. Have another pill
4. Wanna have another test?
5. All of the above
6. None of the above

This getting older stuff ain`t much fun.

If ya got angina, no Viagra for you! Cuz you`ll be on nitro. On the other hand if you get bored..... Have a couple of nitro, then go run and hit the wall.

BOOM!!!!!

Budgetplan1, hope all went well with your stress test. I had one about 2 years ago after I started having intermittent mild chest pains. My test came up clean. The doctors attributed my pains as do to stress. It’s good to get a clean bill of health.

Just picked up a set of Bluetooth wireless ear plugs (26 NR). I’m not sure I’ve ever been so excited for the next time I get to use a polisher, or mow/trim the lawn, use my cordless blower, snow blow, etc...

Ive got a pair, but mine are heavier than wired headphones and I’m afraid they will fall out while polishing. They are great for casual listening and with Apple ridding itself of its audio jack the easiest method to listen to music.

These have a cord that connects them together to house the electronics, but the actual part that goes into your ears is the same silicone style ear plugs I use when snowblowing (it came with foam ones too that are slightly lower noise-reducing). They fit, well, like ear plugs, so I don`t think they`re going anywhere. :D

Also a nice feature they have is that they`re limited to X decibels (don`t remember the number, but it`s an OSHA requirement), so if I accidentally lean on the volume switch I shouldn`t blow out what`s left of my hearing.

She said, "I`m not going to compete with your business and car friends."

It took every restraint I have not to respond with, "That has to be the smartest thing you have ever said."

I went to the office yesterday. There is a black 300 the same exact factory paint as I have.

It was clean-ish, but I could only make out two colors of flake in the sun.

Then when I walked up to my car that I`d consider in need of a 2bm wash, I couldn`t help but mentally pat myself on the back for how good it looks.

It`s the moments like those that make me satisfied with keeping my car. 707 hp doesnt come in this color. :)

512Detail- Heh heh, around my area that`d be kinda a reward for putting up with all the warranty work! SO glad you got a good one!

Gee, only two of ours are over 100K and we keep `em forever.

Yikes!
In a picture, it looks like a bad photoshop of someone trying to hide personal info.
In person, I’m sure it just crushed a small piece of your car-guy soul...
