I placed an order today and my head hurts. Different size and products on AG and Wolfgang sites than Autopia. I tried to explain everything in the comments box along with my Connect number. 20% off on AG, 15 % off on Wolfgang, BOGO on AG. I know Autopia price matches and coupon matches, but dang it`s frustrating to have to write everything down and bounce from site to site within the PBMG universe to just get today`s price. I hope the Autopia guys get everything right (they usually do) and everything is in stock (not so usual). What is it with so many sites and pricing? I worked retail along time ago and I get some of it, but when PBMG has items on Amazon, eBay, Autopia, AG, Wolfgang, Blackfire, Pinnacle (did I miss one?) shopping gets to be a chore instead of something to enjoy. Connect goes away soon for me. I got it mainly to get the best prices all the time and free shipping and it has worked out somewhat. If Connect comes back in some form it will depend on the discount given whether I get it or not. My orders are almost always over the amount for free shipping, so that doesn`t come into play and I can wait longer than the 3 day shipping guarantee (never get it in 3 days anyway) so the discount and points (maybe) are the only reason for Connect.
Please excuse the long post and rant, but I almost didn`t order anything due to the complexity of the order. The more complex, the greater chance of it being incorrect and I dislike making phone calls and texts/pms to correct my or Autopias mistakes. I would rather spend my time watching Barrett-Jackson or using all the supplies I bought!

I agree!!! Almost every order so far had mistakes and Ray had to fix it. I would have shopped else where but all the other sites are very cluttered. Especially Autogeek is super cluttered and every time I see a huge timer on top of the screen something like "you have 10 minutes to buy!" Is an immediate F` this and I look somewhere else. Turns out they`re all mostly the same company but at least autopias site is clean.

Weird. I think I had one order miss an item in the years I`ve been buying from PBMG and they overnighted it to me.
I also think I know when to stop pushing my luck when it comes to combining deals/sales. I think other people have way more complex orders than me or something.
Are we really complaining about a timer telling you when the sale is over?

We can`t control the pricing on any other website...only Autopia. If you find a lower price anywhere else, we`ll be happy to price match.

No, just all the clutter if you compare AG to autopia and it shows like 5 sales and a timer I`m just saying that *I think* having all that in your face is really annoying. Just saying I prefer Autopias cleaner look.
Plus, overnighted? Are you right by their HQ or something? I have to wait at least another week.

Vega provided me a list of my orders and how long UPS said it took to deliver them. UPS is reporting some awful short delivery dates. Like 2-3 days on most boxes. Does anyone, outside of Florida receive packages that quick? I don`t even get stuff from Amazon in less than 3-4 days and I am a Prime member. I have never had any service problems from Autopia or AG other that an occasional wrong item that was quickly rectified. Today my only complaint was about the number of PBMG websites and the variety of prices and the amount of time I spent looking to price match items. This in no way implies that Autopia (or PBMG) ever provided me with less than stellar performance. My apologies to Autopia staff if I came off that way.

Shipping times depend on where you live. Here`s our UPS Ground shipping map:
Keep in mind these are transit or business days. So if an order is placed on Friday night at 9pm, the first day it is eligible to ship is Monday. If the order arrives on Wednesday, it took 2 business days to arrive (Monday - shipped, Tuesday - Day One, Wednesday - Day Two).
Technically 5 days have passed, but only two business days for shipping. No apologies needed! We`re just trying to make sure everything is working how it`s supposed to. If you`d like I can send you over more detailed info on your orders like when they where placed and more detailed tracking information.
With standard ground shipping on the west coast it can take over a week if you run into the weekend. For example to California it takes 5 days. So if you order on Wednesday and it ships Thursday...Friday would be Day One and the following Thursday would be Day 5 even though technically 8 days have passed.
I dream of a day we can have a warehouse on the west coast...

Sometimes it takes more than one business day for an order to be shipped, which is fine, but once it ships, it`s always here in two business days.

Your problem is that you live in California. In California the UPS guys are busy enjoying their marijuana breaks and they don`t move as fast as the meth addicts in more conservative states.
(I hope y`all find that funny. That`s how I intended it.)
