Ok i have to start by saying this thread is not in concern to the wax or glaze or whatever its called. This has nothing to do with the debate over the vaule of vintage or royal. I have started a thread a while back for that so thats what thats for. This thread is in concern to some of the other products made by zymol. I was on there web site and was intrested in 3 things (I will probley end up buying them anyway however i still wanted to ask) the first is the zymol sponge, it seams like a really high denisty foam sponge and looks like it would do a good job(it dosent seam like a normal sponge so im not sure they can be compared) the second is the wheel brush, it also looks neat. Im not sure how it woudl work but i like trying new things. The final item was the clear car wash. I am an car wash addict and want to try another. This stuff is really expensive at 24 bucks us for 8.5 oz. I and intretsed in these three items and was wondering if anyone has tried them or if they have been intrested. Thnkx for the responses

You're in luck! I've tried all those products already. Here are my thoughts . . .

Sponge - the sponge is great. I've never had a problem with marring when using this sponge despite what logic tells us about sponges.

Zymol Clear Auto Bathe - It's OK. I'm trying to use up my supply because I like the Poorboy's SS&S much better. Clear is definitely better than most OTC washes and it works well. However, SS&S is more "slippery" and costs less.

Wheel Brush - I've had many, many of the Zymol Wheel brush. I used to buy the Zymol Wheel Kit (wheel cleaner, wheel coat, and wheel brush). The brush falls apart REALLY fast. Usually the white plastic collar breaks. I don't even know how because I don't drop the brush. Then all the bristles start falling out rather quickly. While it is still in one piece it works well though.

Here are some non-wax Zymol products I recommend you try . . .
Zymol Leather Cleaner
Zymol Leather Conditioner
Zymol Seal (great if you have a convertible which has a lot of rubber seals)
Zymol Wheel Cleaner
Zymol Wheel Coat
 
cool thank you for the info. i think once i get paid i will buying the brush and the spomge as well as i think im going to add in the wheel cleaner. just out of curosity anything else you would recomend throwing into the order..such as a kit or neting. Thankx so much

All three waxes are AWESOME. However, it seems Zymol.com is currently sold out of the kit, but keep an eye out.
 
cool thnkx. ill have to order it the day it comes in. i have always wanted to try vintage but couldnt afford 2 g for a wax i dont even know i like. That will give me an oppetunity to see if i like it. if i do ill have so spluge lo. Thnkx again for the help
