:bounce I just got done putting 3 Z5/Zfx layers on! Man, my arms feel like they're about to fall off!
I first only mixed up an ounce of polish, but after 3 coats, I had only used half of it! I felt really bad throwing that .5 ounce down the drain...
By the way, for prep, I Z7 washed, Z18 clayed, and Z6 QD'd beforehand, with Z6 in between each coat!
It was the new Z5, and I didn't run into any of the streaking problems others have been...I think the trick is to keep it nice and thin...it only took about 10 minutes per coat to dry, and I turned the dehumidifier on in the garage to control the humidity level...
I did a lot better than I thought I would(6 coats per ounce:xyxthumbs ) And the finish is smooth as glass!
Anyways, here's some pics after I finished the 3rd coat( I will later top it off with some Z2)
