wow, that really sucks.

Wht kinda of camera do you have?

For Christmas (I know a little too early, but its good to start early) I plan on getting a Canon S series. The ones that have a stainless steel body, about the size of 8-10 credit cards stacked on top of each other (fits in your back pocket), 2-3 mega pixels, and cost around $400-$600.

Gosh, I would have loved to see those pics, the vette is my dream car.

Well mine is a "old" 2 years, sony mavica. I love it! Takes good pics and you just load the floppy in to the computer and your done. Unless your puter locks up and you loose the pics:( I will get them from film to CD then post them, to nice not to.

PS>> the vette was a silver 98, black leather, all the toys... he let me drive it too, not my first vette drive but I can tell you it will NOT be my last either!

(I want a RED 97) ;)

When I get the cash, I'll probably get a 2002 Polo Green Z06 (this will be in around 2006-2008.)

I really dislike the concept of the floppy disk. Only holds 1.44 MB.

I find it easier just to have a cable in the USB port and plug the cable into the camera and download the pictures (Canon Powershot A10.) The 64MB compact flash card ($40) is great, allows me to take 295 pictures on the 640X480 setting with superfine resolution.

On the topic of cameras....

I just bought a camera yesterday at target. Its a Kodak... floor model (DX3700) 3.2 megapixel, 5x digital zoom, 32mbflash card, 8mb internal, auto flash and focus w/ 2 inch LCD. It has a titanium silver finsh and looks more expensive than it was. I only paid $190 (retail: 299.99)!! I got over $110 off because it was not only the floor model, but it was on clearance as the last one so they wanted to get rid of it. I love it.

I'm feeling like an idiot here.... I bought a cheap-o $99 SiPix 2.1 Megapixel camera with compactflash from comp usa awhile back. I can't get it to transfer a single pic to my computer through its interface for the life of me!

anyone know anything about these cameras?? I'm rather teed off that I wasted 99 bucks on the POS.
