Hello All,

Where does Zaino ZPC Fusion and Zaino AIO fit into the polish abrasive levels chart below?

Polish Chart

I really like this chart as a reference and emailed the creator to ask to have these products added to the chart.

Thanks in Advance...

I agree with the others, ZPC finishes down really nicely too, even though it has decent cut. ZAIO has enough cut to remove light paint transfers/tar but it really isn't meant (or marketed as) to be a swirl remover.

While generally a 4-5 in my opinion I have found the nice characteristics of it being pad dependent suit a wider application. I should say I'm using it with a rotary but like the increased aggressiveness of changing to a medium to heavier cut pad. I also agree with Scott in that I have found it to finish down really nice and have used it with a black LC pad on my rotary for final polishing. All in all it is a very versatile product IMO.

I was surprised at how abrasive ZAIO is. I used it on the black plastic portion of an Audi sideview mirror housing and its initial bite *really* scoured it up. I had to use 3M PI-III MG 05937 (a few times) to get the marring out and then another finer polish (1Z Pro MP) to restore the correct finish. *Then* I could apply the Klasse AIO, which doesn't mar that surface at all. So IME the Zaino version of AIO is *MUCH* more abrasive than the Klasse version, so much so that you have to be a little careful about what you use it on.

No, that's not a criticism, I do like the ZAIO.
