Zaino! Very interested in buying.. Need expert Advice!

Doesn't look like there's been a response to this so I'll take it.
Zaino isn't much of a swirl scratch remover. At least not very deep ones. Zaino does have ZPC which is a good swirl remover when used with a PC. But I haven't found it to work extremely quickly on deeper scratches. So you might look elsewhere for scratch / swirl removal.
I think one of the least expensive and longest lasting combos of Zaino is ZAIO (a cleaner and base for Z2/Z5) and Z2 Pro. If you don't need the additional shine or durability of adding Z2 Pro, you could just get away with using ZAIO all by itself.
If you want a quick detailer, pick up some Z6. But it isn't necessary.
If you want a spray sealant booster, pick up some Z8. But it isn't necessary.
And if you want a compatible car wash shampoo, order the Z7. But other cheaper compatible car washes exist.

For the OP: Zaino isn't really the product I'd recommend for a car in poor shape, due to its clarity and tendency to highlight flaws, rather than fill them. That said, you will be pleased if you use:
A heavy compound (Zaino doesn't make one, but Hi-Temp and Menzerna make good ones)
Zaino ZPC on a polishing pad via PC
Zaino ZAIO/finishing pad/pc
Zaino Z5Pro x3/hand
Zaino Z8 to wipedown
You may also want to consider Z-2 PRO. Many people use both Z-5 PRO and Z-2 PRO (usually do multiple layers of each). Zaino also has ZFX which is a cure accelerator for Z- 2 / 5, which is really the only reason which motivated me to buy Zaino in the first place (I'd rather be able to layer Z-2 / 5 a few times a day than wait 24 hours for each layer to cure properly).
Z-16 is a good tire dressing. In general, most of their line is pretty much top notch from what I've read. It really depends on the look you're going for, I guess.
Do a search here and you'll find many, many comments on Zaino.
As for swirl / paint defect correction, there are lots of choices if you're doing by machine. Optimum, Menzerna, etc., are all given rave reviews. For more specific recommendations, specify your car's model / paint color /etc. and I'm sure others here will chime in with their experiences.

ZPC is good at swirl removal in my experience. With a rotary it is even better.
Seeing as you ust joined this month, welcome! I will try to give you the basic low down on some products here, but remember 90% of the look of your paint is the prep (mainly claying and polishing). Your LSP (be it zaino or another) only adds a small little bit to the look.
To remove your swirls, I suggest the instructional videos on how to use the porter cable 7424 on autogeek.net. They are not the best videos in the world, but better than average and do show proper technique. I think after watching the polishin videos, you will have a better understanding overall of paint correction.
Zaino is a sealant, it will not do much of anything for your scratches, and while zaino does make abrasive polish (ZPC) it does have to be used with a machine for good results without spending weeks on your car.
Zaino's sealant (Z2, Z5) are certainly not bad products, however they are not for me. If you want a long lasting sealant, I suggest jetseal. Ever since I started using jetseal, my other sealants just collect dust. And if you are like me, you are going to want to top that sealant (be it zaino or another) with a carnauba, I suggest collinite 915, 476, or 845. Also victoria concours red, chemical guys 5050, and clearkote carnauba moose wax.

Since you said the car is covered in swirls/scratches. I would invest in some Menzerna polishes and then apply some AIO/z5pro 2-3x, and then apply some z8 and finally call it a day.:2thumbs:

When I started using Zaino, I first bought Z-2pro. When I like the results, I started to buy every Zaino product. I'd say start out with a sealant (either Z-2pro, or Z-5pro) then determine if you're happy with the looks, and go ahead and buy the other Zaino products like, Z-6, Z-8, Z-AIO, and even Z-CS.

Yeah good thing you just bought one product to try instead of the whole lineup. That way if you don't like Zaino, you didn't waste your money buying it, and you can try another brand of choice.
Personally, I would buy Z-2pro or Z-5pro FIRST, instead of trying Z-CS first. I'd like to start out slow before going all out
