Zaino & the UDM question

I recently bought some zaino products (Z-PC, Z-AIO, Z-2Pro, X-3, Z-5Pro, Z-CS, etc.) and wanted to know if someone could educate me as to using the UDM for application. I have been using the Ultima products, which have a particular colored pad for each application, but the Zaino products just reference cotton applicators.

Can I not use my UDM? Can someone tell me what pads (white, orange, green, blue) would go with what Zaino product?

ZPC with a cutting or polishing pad, ZAIO with a polishing pad (colors aren't always the same aggressiveness between brands). Z5 and CS are best applied by hand.

I am very pleased with the Ultima line, but never experienced the Zaino line, so I guess I don't want to wonder if I am missing something.

I doubt you will notice much difference between the two. Once you get into the high end sealant lines like Werkstatt, Zaino and Ultima, in the end they are pretty similar in looks and durability.

Except that Ultima is a lot easier to apply. Also, IMO the look of Zaino is a bit more plastic. I hope the bullets don't start flying for saying that :nervous:

I agree!



IMO on the darker colors Zaino has more depth then most sealants.



Did you get any Z8?
