Zaino resists carwash ?

Hi ! I have just put 2 coats of Z5pro/ZFX + Z6 on my car.



Now with the cold winter, I go to the touchless car wash (once a week) to keep my car clean.



My question is : is Z5 detergent resistant ? Will my Z5 resist the touchless car wash ? If yes, for how many washes ?



It is really too cold to hand wash the car.... :chill:

I think the key variable is the type of detergent used in the touchless. In order to remove dirt/grime without utilizing some type of scrubbing mechanism, several touchless carwashes have use a fairly strong detergent. If all factors were equalized, Z5 should last longer than most other products. You should monitor beading and appearance if you consistently visit the touchless carwash bays - In fact, I would recommend using Z8 as a nice "after-wash" product. It should restore looks as well as supplement your layers of Z5.

I agree with MCA, just maintain after every couple of washes with Z8 and you should be perfectly fine.

I run my TA thru coin washes in winter and the Zaino holds up fine-granted I do have several layers tho.
