Well I received my 'Production' version of Zaino Clear Seal on Friday, and couldn't wait to use it on my wife's filthy Tahoe!

The Tahoe was washed with Z7/Foam Gun, TOL Wheel Cleaner, Optimum APC on the wells/wheels/undercarriage. -All of this in a balmy 29 degrees! I can't wait for spring!!!!

The paint, wheels, glass, trim, plastic are wearing CS.

The trim, tires, wells were dressed with Z16.

Here are a few after shots:

Does it look any better than Z-5Pro or Z-2 pro w/Z-8? That is what I want to know. If it dosent look any different, then it is not worth $30 for me.

Yes, CS definitely adds to the look, but beyond that it protects very well.

I've been running CS (beta) over the winter, and it has held up extremely well vs. road salt.

In the NE, the pre-treatment/road salt/sand combo makes short work of most any product, and CS has held up very well.

Are you after the 'best' looking Zaino finish? If so, what color is your paint?

I'll jump in here. I have a light silver metallic Acura. I am currently using JW's Prime Strong and AJT as my LSP. What Zaino products would you recommend for the "best" looking finish? I am not as concerned about durability as I am the best look.

Assuming your finish is 'clean' (i.e. only light defects to remove).

Z-AIO (to provide a bonding base for Zaino)

Z2Pro / Z6 Wipe Down

CS

Final wipe with Z8

Your silver paint will 'pop'. My silver GM paint has very little metallic.

I know it can be hard to tell from a couple of pictures, but will the Zaino Z2 Pro and CS offer a noticiably different look than what I have?

Looks great John! I just placed my order today for the cs and aio and also some more z8. I got the triplet package. I can't wait to see z5 pro topped with cs. I think it's going to be crazy insane!

I am gonna have to start doing some more click and brags!

Probably not any big differences, should be subtle differences though. You might want to order CS and Z8 and use them over Prime Strong and see what you think. If the look makes you happy, then either keep using Prime Strong as your base or go all Zaino. I've been using Werkstatt products as well and I am going to order CS this week. I still have enough Z8 left for a few cars.

John, pics looks good! Would I be correct in thinking that CS is closer in appearance to Z2 than Z5? It looks that way in the pics but I know that what you see in person doesn't always match what you see in pictures.

Scott, The best way to answer your questions is that it will enhance the look of your topper. The choice is yours... you can top a carnauba, or a sealer and it will enhance the look.

More of a process/product question here and not meant to be condescending - I'm still not sure of the purpose of CS if I use the prior Zaino system. I currently have 2 layers of Z2-Pro on my daily driver. I wash every 2 weeks and apply Z8 at that time. Durability, appearance, and ease-of-use is excellent. But where exactly does CS fit in this process?

I understand the need for ZAIO - I go through KAIO fairly fast so ZAIO is high on the try list, but CS has got me somewhat confused on to where it fits in my detailing process.

In your case since you have Prime Strong I'd suggest getting CS and Z8 and use those over the Prime Strong.

John,

Any difference (function/appearance/drying time, etc) from the beta samples we tested last?

The characteristics of the last test batch have been consistent with the production version.

6oz seems like a gallon of product after testing with 1oz (or less) samples.
