I just had a 3M UltraShield (clear bra) installed on my car and was wondering if I should apply Zaino over it when I do my car, or should I try to go around it?

Perfectly okay. Actually an excellent product to use because it will not leave a stain or deposits at the edge of the shield.

Be extremely careful when applying any protectant over a clear shield. They tend to marr alot easier than the painted surfaces. Use a fresh clean soft applicator.

Clear sealants like Zaino... YES! Wax: NO!

The films are very soft and tend to grab MF fibers when warmed in the sun. Make sure it's really cool before application and take your time. It's soft and marring is very easy to do on these, but any good clear sealant will work fine as long as it doen't have a boat-load of solvents.

If you get some in the edge, carefully remove it by saturating the edge with Z6 and use a toothpick or eyebrow brush which has stiff brissles, but natural ones. You don't want to start lifting the film edge, work as close to level with the edge so not to produce lift. Use a MF towel on the finish to protect it as you work.
