Z9/Z10 on dash and plastic?

Has anyone had any experience using Z9 And Z10 on the dash or interior plastic?

Z10 was good stuff. Needed to buff a little to work the product. However, it left a nice matte finish, and had that nice "new car" leather smell...

i used to use z10 on the integra. it worked nicely, but i'm not sure how good of uv protection it has compared to say 303

Ive seen it says so on the bottle of my z10 but as it aint cheap I keep it just for my leather!

I use Z10 on interior leather and vinyl. I DO NOT use anything on the top of the dash except a water dampen rag. For vinyl cleaning I just use a diluted APC (i.e. Sonus All-In-ONE). Never had any problems with UV damage (i.e. 11 y.o Lexus LS400 (sold) that was never garaged).



In the 70's and 80's I did use the old AA type products as a dash dressing without problems except hazing of windshield from out-gassing of the product.



Z10 has excellent UV protectants. If these UV agents are good enough that I trust their ability to protect my leather, they are definitely good enough to protect vinyl. :hifive:
