Z2pro tweaked?

Has Z2pro been tweaked? I had a small sample I got from a member and it was thick and pink and a bit difficult to apply thinly. I recently got an 8 ounce bottle of Z2pro and it was thinner-more like Z5pro consistancy. It also seemed to apply easier(even though I only did a small panel. Has anyone else noticed this? Has the look been improved as well?
 
well, after doing my hood with the new bottle it definitely has been tweaked. The new Z2Pro seems to be a bit clearer, less diffused and wetter. IMO it's a small but definite improvement.
 
my Z2 is a bit thicker than the Z5 (i purchased less than a month ago)...but nothing unusual. if it is really thick maybe there was some evaporation or something due to a loose cap? (doubtful...but just throwing out ideas)
 
same with my purchase from July 4th week. I shook both bottles and the Z-2P was a bit thicker sounding than the Z-5P but not by much. Mines came directly from Sal's warehouse in MO.

Ordered from Zaino about a week ago. The sample I got from another member was probably manufactured last year sometime. Maybe the thickness was from some evaporation.
 
I bought Z2 Pro and Z5 in...March '05. The Z5 was very thin and much like SG to apply. The Z2Pro was thick and pink and difficult to apply thinly, as you mentioned. I got mine shortly after the Pro came out, IIRC, and from the store in the same town as the "factory" so I presume it was fresh, and of course it was unopened, no "evaporation". So it sounds like it has been tweaked, which is probably good.
 
I found that by adding a squirt of Z8 into the bottle made its stupidly thick, to the point it would barely come out off the bottle.
