Your wettest combo

I have been happy with my current combo, but with me running low on VM I thought that I might try something different this go round.

My combo is VM topped with either WG DGPS, EX or EX-P then a topping of carnuba (both natty's and signature give a great look)

With that said there are a number of glazes out there, but if you notice I first go with a sealant and VM hasn't effected the sealants durability that I use, so I would be looking for one the could still be used under my sealant.

So it's a dual question:
  1. Your wettest combo
  2. New glaze recommendation (if you use one)

If you are looking for "Dripping Wet", consider the following combo...

Meguiar's #81 Body Shop Pro Polish, followed by multiple coats of Pinnacle Souveran 24 hours apart, and then QD'ed with Finish Kare 425 QD.

Obviously, this is after you have properly prepped your paint by cleaning off/out all the contaminates, and polished out any imperfections.

On the negative side, the #81 can be a little finicky to apply (although, easier than Show Car Glaze). Also on the negative side, the Souveran is not a very durable product, and as everyone knows, pretty expensive.

If you have a show car, or garage kept vehicle that is well maintained, I think the above would impress you.

If you have an every day driver, you need to look for a compromise.

there are 2 ways to get dripping wet paint

1) the easy way. Glaze

2) the right way- wool pad and rotary with a medium polish such as ZPC, follow with a PC and a polish to remove wool pad swirling. Follow with ZAIO or another brand of AIO by PC. Top with your favorite sealant.:rockon:yay:dnaughty:10::crazy2::drool:
