Your polish of choice

Lately I have been using the whole DP line (Super, Medium, Final) pretty much all the time. Great stuff, no dust, sun friendly, and versatile to use between the rotary and PC.

Abrasive - Menzerna FP II. IP if I need more cut.

Chemical - Most so called chemical polishes in fact contain abrasives. Very mild but they do contain them. Klasse AIO, P21S GEPC, and Vanilla Moose are my favorites in this category. All of them have mild abrasives in them.

Chemical - Prime Acrylic or Prime Strong, straight or diluted with purified water

Abrasive - Menzerna of course.

What the heck it's been awhile,

PB's SSR2 followed by Zaino Z2-Pro toped with, well Zaino Z2-Pro. If I have some extra time I will put a coat of PB EXP.

I know there are alot of self promoters on this site, but for me I keep it simple, and watch the money stack instead of trying every product available to man kind.

BTW, I have tried countless product, and like many others there all sitting on a self in my garage, yes I was suckered a few time reading the majority of the hoo bla hype about products that "are the best" in this and other forums.

Live and learn.

It is interesting to me that you would top the Z2-Pro. Evidently you felt it was of some benefit or you wouldn't do it. I guess I thought the Z2-Pro was the final step in the Zaino process.
FWIW, I haven't used any of the Zaino "Pro" series products. My Zaino experience was prior to the Pro series release.

I don't consider myself a "self promoter", and I also try to "watch the money stack", but I think I may be on my way to "trying every product available to mankind". :)
:funny: I am doing better though. Well kind of.

One thing I try to do with the products I don't use is give them away. When I was still working, I could take a box of stuff to work and it would be emptied by noon. I still keep way more stuff than I really need or use.

Not the same experience in my case. So far I've only been unhappy with one brand/one product.
Everything else has been either excellent or insanely good.

Although a few of these have never been mentioned on here yet.

Really, now are you basing this on the fact that there are different paints/clear coats on vehicles, or are you just simply saying the products I have listed dont work for you?

"excellent" or "insanelt good", in what areas do you speak of, depth, touch, protection, cleaning ability, or just overall results?

These very few you speak of, what's the name of these products, and where are they available?

Thx.

By PC: I use the SSR line (have all 4) or XMT (have 1-3).

By rotary: Optimum Polish/High Temp Xtreme cut. I'll be looking to try some Menzerna eventually though.

I'm kind of getting away from polishing via PC any more. I've been able to get the results I want finishing down with the rotary.

I have been using SSR 2 and 1 alot (to the point I need to get some more) with occasionally throwing in the XMT line up. Although tomorrow I get my Menzerna package so I will see how that does.

I just bought a bottle of Wolfgang polish and a sealant, the reason I went with wolfgang polish is ,I bought it specifically for my new Honda Civic,so I didn't want anything too abrasive on the new paint.
I have never used synthetic polish/sealant before ,\To those of you with experience, did I buy the right stuff?
