Your own car = satisfaction...

I love the results of Klasse and see no reason to change to Zaino, just because some people have.

<strong class='bbc'>Klasse slickness does not seem to diminish, but in my opinion, it does not offer much improved slickness over a bare clearcoat. [/b]</blockquote>
DK,

This may be a function of the paint/prep. My brother-in-law drove his brand-new Mazda Tribute to a family gathering over the long Labor Day weekend. Of course, I took a "basic" detailing kit with me.

His truck was 1 week old, and had not been washed/waxed since he drove it home. We proceeded to wash it with Gold Class shampoo, and then I asked him if he wanted to try the Klasse.

After doing part of the hood with just one coat of AIO, he commented on how much slicker it felt. We took a clean, dry MT and it slid right off the side with the AIO, didn't budge on the untreated side (not very scientific, I know). There was a huge difference in slickness on this previously untreated clearcoat.

Oh, and FWIW it beaded up nicely the next day when it rained.

Again, one vehicle, one paint job...who knows.

blue skies,
Andy

Just finished the last of my winter prep on my car, started it 3 weeks ago and did the bulk then, correction and sealant etc. and today was just the finishing touches (Sealed glass, wheels, exhaust, 303'd tires trim etc plus a full interior treatment)

I havent had the free time lately to take care of my car real well and it was looking in a sad state, wheels almost black with b-dust and the interior was a mess. Im not gonna lie I love my car and pamper it when I can but I have to drive it everyday rain, snow or shine... occasionally I need to have breakfast and coffee on the go and every other week it sits outside so basically it gets a little beat up after a while and is far from a garage queen

Anyways its all done and I took care of everything and I am just so damn happy... customers cars come and go but having you own stuff tiiiight just makes me feel that much better.

This depicts my mood right now and boy is it NOT NSFW :wizard:

*;O]*

Morning/
Dayuumm...Looks Sweet. You could shave w/that finish/:wink:/:cornut: Now you have to put a "Red & Green Bow* on it and say:*Merry Christmas To Me.*,
cause that's how nice it looks. I'd sure be proud to own that Audi,Sir. It's too bad you didn't have a "Beater" to drive for the Winter Months, and
keep this as a Fair Weather Cruiser.Nonetheless...Awesome.
Regards/
Raymond

I'm with you on this one David! I love having my daily drivers super clean and nice!!!

I usually do a couple full details every winter, then keep it clean with ONR and vac weekly (or more).

Love your car!

Man, I feel the pain when it's outside in the winter. I know you will perform your magic to it when it's needed David.
