Your favorite online detail store?

The usual suspects...

Pakshak

Excel

Danase

Topoftheline

Autogeek

I prefer to frequent smaller vendors before Autogeek if I can, even if I have to spend slightly more sometimes.

And Jeff's Werkstatt only because you can't get it anywhere else. It also doesn't hurt that Jeff is excellent to interact with.

1. detailers domain

2. detailers domain

Not a typo ;)

However I have boughten quite a bit @ AG too...

poli-seal, p21s 100%, megs clay - anything that Phil at DD doesn't carry :lol

I love autogeek. I get free shipping in florida and my packages the next day. Their customer service ROCKS. I have also had great experience with (ADS) AutoDetailingSolutions for Meguiars products, and DetailNet.com for clay magic.

Autopia has better prices but their site moves so slowly for me for some reason.

I really have not had a problem with any of them that I have dealt with

Autopia for Ultima ...nuff said :goodjob

Obsessivedetail.com for Optimum

Danase for Opt, 303, Danase products, 1z, etc

Werkstatt for JW products and saw they have Carlack 68 now but Ultima is just so damn final :secret

TOL for Hitemp, OPT, misc supplies

Autogeek has a large selection hard to not find something cool

I plan to order some Menzerna in a short time and will probably try detailersdomain.com

They may not be the cheapest to everyone, but with free shipping (and 10% off with coupon codes) PLUS NEXT DAY delivery for me; it makes not much sense to look elsewhere.

On top of that you can call and have someone pick up and solve a problem. I had a lake country glass polishing kit. Instead of the yellow urethane style backing plate I got one of those foam sandwiches ones and sure enough 20 mins into the windshield the thing sheered apart. AG had the better backing plate at my feet the next day.

I've used just about every online site listed so far. They all provide excellent customer service. Kinda comes down to the products. Everyone has good deals too but none carry everything I use.

I wish other service oriented industries would learn from the detailing sites. They have definitely raised the customer service bar.

I have had positive experiences everywhere I have shopped--
