As a mobile detailer, I am not always able to detail in the shade or in a garage...

what wax does the best (apply/removal) when in direct sunlight? I know that it should not be done, but sometimes I can not help it.

Thanks for your input

collinite 845 is

megs nxt is

poorboys ex-P is

megs 21 is not

pinnacle souveran is not

optimum car wax is not

megs gold class is not

those are just my experiences...I work in the direct sun about 50% of the time on the mobile details

thanks, I was thinking of switching to collinite anyway. So, I am glad your experience is good with it. toyotaguy, which do you use now? the most?

I do plenty of cars in the Sun. Zaino can be used in the sun. If you do the two step process wool pad then finish pad you can utilize the Sun to your advantage. The Sun is the ultimate BOSS here. Dont let products dry on the car take it a section @ a time. I use alot of Stoner products their SPEED BEAD and BEAD MAX are two great products to spray on the pad. REMEMBER less is more when applying product to ANY SURFACE!!! Stoner products coupled with machine polishing will BEAD FOR 5 months. The guarantee I give ALL MY CUSTOMERS!

Duragloss is ok in the sun, Collinite is ok if you get it off quickly. Almost all poorboys products are ok in the sun, so is poli seal but not OCW (ime). Mothers FX is good in the sun, Megs 16 is ok.
