Yet another ONR thread

I've scanned thru several dozen ONR threads here, but I don't see the information I am seeking. Question to the guru's on this - is ONR like other wash solutions in that if you use warm/hot water it will help remove more grime? :hm



I have used regular car washes this way an it helps in cooler weather.

I use lukewarm water in my mix (temps have been in the 40s & 50s outside) and it seems to do a great job that way. It does cool while I'm using it but I don't notice it doing any worse of a job at the end vs the beginning.



I usually wash it in the garage so it's a bit warmer in there but not a lot warmer.

Do you prefer to use cold water with heavily-soiled laundry? No.

i use 2 gallons of hot water in my wash bucket with 3 capfulls of ONR..the hot water helps alot. also makes it easier on the hands in cold weather
 
Thanks guys!. I thought it was the answer but have yet to place my order for the ONR (this week). I hate not being able to wash during our water bans here in central TX (last 2 years we had a drought), plus I have hard, hard water that I can get around with the ONR using the softened and heated water from the kitchen.:up
 
Going to be using warm water on the basic detail I have on an SL500 this afternoon, only 52 degrees right now. :lol

i started a detail the other morning and it was 38 degrees...warm water in the buckets helps the hands:up
 
I find that the best way to keep the hands warm during the winter is not with a good set of gloves but with a good warm water ONR wash!
 
I have literally dozens of empty ONR gallon jugs, I just fill them with HOT water so by the time I need to use them, the water is warm. If the water in the jugs is still too hot, I add some of the water in the container in my trunk to bring the temperature down a bit.
