long story short, i got a package UPS damaged. It was insured for what i payed so i sent it back. They evaluated it and the seller isn't giving me my money back. He keeps saying that UPS will send me a check, but i know for a fact (i called UPS and spoke with a rep.) that they only feal with the shipper. I'm gonna call the UPS store he used (got the number) and see what i can do. I am real tempted to start virusing his computer.

Hmmm... not the way to solve a problem. May even cause more problems for you - I think it's a federal crime to purposely inflict virus' on computers you do not own.
Use small claims court after you document and notify the other party (multiple times) of the issue and your proposal for a fair and just resolution.

I talked ot the UPS store who shipped it and they aren't sure if he got the check or not (the manager was not there). what puzzels me is that he send me the item in the first place. He keeps saying he doesn't have the check and that they will send it to me. I know (talked to UPS TWICE) that they send to the shipper, not the person recieving it. There is a chance that the check hasn't gotten to the UPS store yet and he may not know. But somehow he got the item back and
from UPS, which is even more puzzeling. I thought (and the girl i talked to at the UPS store where he shipped it) that they kept the item. It's part rage, and part confusion. My only hope is he doesn't know that he's getting the check and that he will send the money to me.

sorry to hear about your situation, one if you dont mind letting us know the name of the Co. but dont link it or add .com, second its sounds like you strayed away from are sponsors, also when you spoke to the place you order from did you ask to reship you another package or refund and he flat out denied did he explain, i had something simular not exact though but yes you are correct UPS will only pay the shipper because they have a business account, not the receiver(you) but the thing is (UPS)they need to do an investigation which takes time did they say that, i dont remeber how long it take two or three weeks, try to tell the shipper to resend a package see if he'll work with you shipping it faster(three day select/two day) if you need it that fast or are you looking to just cancel the order...any how good luck
