They do lint quite a bit but after a wash or two, these things remain very plush, I compare these to 1/4+ of the Charisma towel plushness. Which I don't think is that bad for a MF towel. But then again, I never tried a high end MF towel.

I believe they are 70/30 mixture of material if I remember correctly before removing the tag.

I use them for windows and door jams. They lint real bad but are great for dirty jobs and thats coming from someone that does not have any nice MF's so just my .02.I just ordered some Neatitems 15x15 mint colored so I will have a chance to try some good one's out.

The ones at wal mart are NicSand... They are thinner than higher quality ones..plus they seem a bit harsher on the CD rubbing test.

I have some for the dash, seats, and tires.

I rate them a 3 out of 10.....For local shopping try going to an autozone they have another brand that is not labeled and rates a bit higher I give them a 5 out of 10.

Wal mart may have some in the computer section. They are package for computer screens. They are really soft but not a very deep pile. I rate them 5 out of 10 but I consider them suede like.

For comparison the CMA and Steves rates a 9 out of 10.

I just picked up some at Target in a 3 pack for $7.99. Two polishing cloths and one window towel. The towels are not as plush IMO as the neatitems towels I have. They will do for windows and interior though.

DK my Neat items are mixed up with some other brands and I never really compared them when I got them new. I am planning on getting in on a group buy and will probably start some sort of review on them all that I have.

Iforce you should definatley try some of the higher end MFs you willbe surprized!!!

I have some new NeatItem towels and I think they are ok. I haven't washed them yet so right now they feel a little stiff. If I had to vote today I would give them a score just below the Viking towels. They are very similar.

I must be mistaken but I just picked up some MF towels at my local Wal Mart and they were labeled Viking. They're loaded with lint but I haven't washed them yet and they seem thinner than the ones I picked up at Target. They caught my eye because they were cheap but they are labeled Viking. Are these knock-off's?

The Target towels have been working out great for me. They leave no lint, no streaks and passed the CD test with flying colors. I've been using them for exterior and interior work and I love 'em! I seem to be able to load them up with dust and dirt when I QD and yet they have never scratched. I wash them with dish washing detergent after every use and they've been holding up well for the past four months.

I'm anxious to try some of these high end towels so my new CMA discount will come in handy!

Mike

I guess Wally worlds stock different stuff from location to location...Mine definately were Nicsand as thats what the packaging and labels said.

Mike [/b]</blockquote>Not to be critical of CMA, but even with a 15% discount, MT's are still $11 there, while I bought some from YoSteve for $8-9 with no discount. Same towel, less money...

MikeB-what is the brand name of the Target towels? I am in serious need of new towels-mine are flat wearing out and my distributer is only selling blems at $25 for 5 pounds of towels and the quality varies greatly-about half the towels are relegated to grime detail.

Scott,

I think MikeB is referring to the Baja Sol MF cleaning cloth. It is a Target brand. See Pats300zx above. They are a littler thicker and seem to grab better (probably more hooks) than my Meguiar's Ultimate Wipe which makes them good for buffing. Target also has a complete line of car detailing stuff with the Baja Sol label. My experience is these products are generally pretty good. I use their wool mitt and like it very much.

BTW, I am waiting for my YoSteve MF towel to come in. I can't wait to try them.

I've got a couple of these Nicsand MF's. The only use I really see them for is doorjambs and removing wax or polish. They're pretty handy for removing stuff. But I've yet to try a REAL MF

Target repackages other products (like the Absorber, California Water Blade, etc.) with their own brand label as mentioned above, Baja Sol.

I was there the other day, and was surprised to find quite a nice assortment of car care products at good prices. I did see the MF 3-pack there, and may go back some time to get them.

As the others stated, the Target brand towels are Baha Sol. I really like them. I picked up some cheap ones at AutoZone and Walmart and they leave tons of lint behind. Even after washing and drying.

YoSteve.com doesn't accept credit cards. I've never used Paypal and I'm too lazy to write a check. Pretty bad, I know.

What can anyone tell me about their PayPal experiences? I just HATE giving my email address to someone, who I know will simply turn around and sell it to a teen porn site. Nothing is ever free.

:)

Who has one and plays online? I just recently started playing again after taking a year long break from it and was wondering who here also has one? What games do you play? I'm looking forward to the release of Medal of Honor and Call of Duty: Black Ops.
