So I didn't want to leave you guys hanging on this but I've been so busy it's been hard for me to find time to put this write up together. I'm just gonna post the done shots I got for now and I'll do working one's later. Enjoy!

The goal with this car was to get the paint as flat as safely possible and remove body shop dust nibs the covered it.

Yeah I have 2 bays at the Flying A. I guess it use to be some old brand of gas that just recently had the name resurected. It's great for me to be part of a gas station because of the traffic. Any time were slow I can soooo easily walk over to the gas pumps and grab cars for washes and I get probably half my details from people at the pumps seeing us work on cars. Nothing gets a customers attention better than seeing a car all taped up and halogens lights on it. I always leave a 50/50 till the last so if someone walks over I can show them.

most people dont realize the weather in orinda is fantastic. i did a 54 gmc with factory paint. just asked me to make it shine and not worry about al the failed paint. loved the result. my cousin lived in moraga for 25 years and i still have a shop in hayward but live in oregon.

So beautiful! A fine machine like that just begs for you to sit in the driver seat with your arm hanging out the window driving 10 mph under the speed limit while cruising.... It just needs to be done.
