Wow! Huge Black Friday Sale at Autopia!

I got my order in on Wednesday before the site went wacky. I live in Indiana and I already got my order on Saturday. Unfortunately my blue perl waffle weaves did not have the satin edging like the are supposed to have. Not super happy with that at all. I suppose that it is still a towel, just not quite as nice as possible.

i gave it its first wash and the edging was already almost ripping apart. i'm sure it will split after 2-3 more washes. and thats on gentle wash and in a laundry bag.

not impressed with it at all.

i'm not sure about what your consumer laws are like in the U.S , but it is clearly deceptive advertising. both in its pictures and product description.

and guess what, they know about it , and have not made amendments to the product page at all.

Hi Guys!

Okay, for the confusion with the Blue Perl Microfiber. There is a note at the bottom of the description that states that the edge has been changed and is not as shown in the photo. It looks like I missed part of the change in the description but it has been updated now. This was definitely not an intentional deception by Autopia Car Care and we are working on updated photos.

The edge was changed for durability. We found that the satin edge was not as durable when it came to washing as it would come loose more easily than the current microfiber edge.

For those who ordered and missed the "Note: Photo shows satin edge. Actual towel has been changed for durability during washing to a scratch free edge that is not satin." at the bottom of the description, we want you to be happy. Contact me directly and I will work this one out for you. ;)

Lynn definitely does a good job working to ensure customer service. As for edging, I've tested some stitched edge towels and found them to be marr free. I had to grind the stitching into a CD harder than I would use the towel in normal situations before I make any marks on it.
