would you use a pc on this?

On my rear wing, on the rear edge, there a re a few chips i want to fill in, then wetsand down to match the rest of the paint. Once i wetsand it down is it ok to use a pc on this? Its a rounded edge, so im wondering if its too close of a call and it might burn through the paint. If it will burn through, can i apply optimum copmound by hand and it will hide the fill ins?

another thing im worried about is the fact that its a hollow wing, so maybe the vibration from the pc on the edge will actually crack it, which i dont want to happen at all. Can i apply Optimum compound by hand? If not, what products can i buy at autozone that i can apply by hand that will get rid of the sanding marks? 3m rubbing compound?

You probably want to pick up the Langka touchup system. I wouldn't recommend wetsanding and then buffing out the marks on a panel edge, via hand it's going to take forever/probably not happen, via PC it might crack the wing, via rotary you might burn the edge.

Does the Langka blend touchups as well as wetsanding would?

It depends on the radius of the edge. You definitely can burn through with a PC, though. I'd personally do that by hand.

could i apply scratch x by hand and that would hide the marks? Its on the edge so as long as i can get it to blend in its fine. Or maybe some 3m rubbing compound?

Anything you'd use by machine, you can also use by hand. I'd just start with whatever compounds and polishes you have laying around and move finer and finer until it matches the rest of the paint.

alright, so i can use the optimum compound and optimum polish by hand to make it blend a little better? What should i use to apply the compound and polish?

Whatever applicators you have, I guess. A sponge or covered sponge applicator, or just the corner of a towel, whatever.
