Would this combination be ok?

Hi im new to ths site.. so Hi

Will this be an OK combination for my white car?

-meguiars gold class carwash

-meguiars clay bar

-carlack 68

-P21S Carnuaba Wax

been reading the forums and theres so much to take in  , so any advise welcome

Cheers

Yes, IMO that would look terrific on any color. Make sure you get something to use as a lubricant for the clay, and use it generously while claying.

You may want to consider Carlack's version of Prime or AIO. It's not necessary according to JW instructions (Carlack's twin) just a well prepped surface required, but I'd feel better about the bonding process.

Yes, Meg' s Quick Detailer is both good and affordable...

If the paint is in good condition, your list looks good but if you have swirls etc you will need something stronger.

what would you recommend to remove swirls etc? I have some Autoglym Radiant Wax will this be ok? or will something else be better such as Meguiars Step 1 ??

advise please..

I am not familiar with the Radiant Wax but assuming it is a mild polish you should be ok (if you have a buffer), alternatives are numerous Sonus, Poorboys, Meguiars etc these are all abrasive polishes which will remove swirls.

Radiant Wax is Super Resin, SSR 1 is not much move abbrassive than it, I would go with the SSR 2.

Meg Stage 1 is a chemical cleaner so wont touch your swirls.
