Would the perfection steam cleaner (dirt cheap) have any place in a detailers arsenal

You think that a $3 steam cleaner will be even remotely adequate? Dear Lord.



My OK Shark steamer served me well for over 2 years, but today it decided to take a dump on me and stop working.
 
well, its a thirty dollar steamer that happens to be on sale at the same time a rebate is still active.



That said, even if I had to add pre-hot water to it, I am curious as to how it would do cleaning wheels, tires and leather.
 
I have used on of those before and have had about .000000000000000000001 percent with removal of even the lightest grime
