A2Z is very good for cleaning very dirty wheels, but it is harsh enough that you should re-seal them. Once you have a good sealer on there the brake dust should wash off fairly easily if you keep up with them.
You're breaking out the hose to rinse off the A2Z anyway, so it would only take a few more minutes to give them a quick wash/rinse. I guess my point is I find it easier to spend a few more minutes washing them than having to reapply a sealer after using a cleaner like A2Z.
