worlds best wax

so i was searching the net the other day for Canadian detailers. I stumbled apon a new wax. Its canadian so i wont have to pay duty when i order it :dnaughty.

Its called world best wax, (yes thats the name get over it). i dint name the thread that as advertisment or a plug thats actully what its called see:

Worlds Best Wax

now it looks like anyother luxry wax, kinda the wowo craze.

I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything, im still waiting on an e-mail as to prices. location, and if I can get it in larger sizes.

Anyone have any info? looks intresting.

And please dont post its cant be the worlds best wax.. blah blah blah. Im looking for opions on the wax not on the name. sorry

well thats my question for the night.

p.s for those vw users, appently vw now comes in 12oz jars of wax. I thought it was cool. im going to order one as soon as my jar is up. Just thouht i would give a heads up since i dont thin it deserved a thread, but i though some of the VW users (you know who you are) might be intrested

Must be a fairly new product. Many of their heading links aren't live. No place to find a price either. Looks like they may be launching at the next Auto Show.

Has David re launched VW products?,because they look suspiciously like his own brand; look at the description for the two waxes, and also the application process.

Hmmm. Let me know if you get any reply. I seem to recall this being listed on eBay last year. Can't remember the price exactly, but I think it was in the $60-$80(US) range. I think the site etc. was gone/out of business. Maybe they've started up again?
And, yeah, those products do show a stong resemblance to David's.

i dont think so, unless its a relabel, and no im not starting rumor. I really have no idea.
The reason isay that is becasue VW is on the west side of canada, and this worlds best wax is on the east.
Perpahps they used the vw model to start there company, similar to vw being similar to other brands (zymol, but i like vw better becasue of price).

regardless of who makes it I think I will try it, i was just hunting for info to see if it has been used before, and if its a total ripp of or if its worth the cash

I reread their pages. I'm wondering if this might be a product that has come and gone. They're still posting the Canadian Auto Show of 2006. When I read this yesterday I thought the show being displayed was still on the horizon.

Something isn't adding up.... I did a google search and nothing came up except their old dead link:
Dominion - Web Site

Stuff that doesn't add up-
-Links no worky
-"Best in it's class"
-"Buy online out products"
-2006 Autoshow
-etc.

If something doesn't seem right (especially from an unknown online source) it probably isn't right. Plus the whole name saying that they are the Worlds Best Wax doesn't fly with me. If I were you I wouldn't shell out a penny to them... especially if you try to contact them with no good answer within a day...

i agree alot of red flags have been raisied. I e-mail them (it was actully a rather egotistical e-mail, but thats not the point lol). Asking for more info, i asked for a hard copy of the prices, not just a phone thing.
I also hinted i do reviews, so hopefully i will get a good honset awnser from them.
I know I will be asking a few more questions before i order

I called today and spoke with a guy named Frank. He was extremely helpful.
They are in Canada. i have tried every carnuba ever made. So what the hell i ordred it. I will let you know how it is. For carnuba from my testing Surluster and Souvran are the top 2. I prefer sealants but I always try new products.
I can see no difference between Surluster and Souvran.

Im much like you, i try just about everything i can get my hands on. Ask joep.
I got an e-mail from him but have been swamped with school and work and moving and I havent been able to call him so i sent another e-mail hoping to get some info. I was wondering if you knew some info about the prices and what not. Thnks for any info you may have

and Dogma welcome to DC!

if they can't give you a average price straight up in the email then i wouldn't waste my time with a company.

I think the reason that he couldn't give me a straight up price was because I asked mt Q. porpley. I asked him if it was viable option for a shop and how much would products cost.

And dogma, thanks for the info. Thats not a bad price at all, even if the wax is 100. From what he said i was thinking a few hundred a jar. I guess i have just become spoilt to these luxury waxes, I think i will order some as soon as i'm on my new place:bump

Well, I received my Worlds best wax kit wich included Wax, surface cleaner, surface refresher and wash. I have to say that I am a Zaino guy ,but love new products. What I tested it against ( from previous use). Surluster,Souvran,Zymol,P21S,PW & Collinite.

First of all it performed exactly like I was told it would.

Car was already washed so I proceeded to the Surface cleanse wich did a great job very easy to work with and took off the previous product that was on. Surface was already in real good shape to begin with.

Now for the Connoisseur wax. Red in color with a sort of fruity smell. It went on like butter ( 3 coats) very easy like most of the high end waxes. The wipe down was very easy too and left no dust what so ever and definately no white residue.
Even Souvran atleast for me dusted a little. And no oil to wipe up like Zymol. The shine was deep and wet and easily matched Souvran and Surluster. Actually I think it looked even deeper than they do. The next day I used the Surface refesher on everything including the windows and it seemed to make the paint wetter.

For all you Souvran and Zymol lovers , I think Souvran & Zymol has met its match and more.
