Working on powdercoat

I have a gloss black powder coat on my toolbox and nerf bars. I've used claybar, Meg's #9 and topped with Meg's #16 for some results but they haven't lasted and haven't corrected any issues. The box has a few issues including watermarks, scratches, and ghost adhesive from a decal.

The paint on the box is quite thick. Just haven't found anything that will work well with a powdercoat and wanted to see what you guys have had successes wtih.

Would anyone try Meg's D151 or Meg's #83 on it? have a G100 DA and a Rotary.

Updated: I have D151, M83, M80 on hand.

Powder coat is hard stuff, harder than any paint. #9 is about as gentle as it gets and has to many fillers so the "correction" on such a hard material is only temporary. You need to step it up, D151 will work also M105 the abrasives from what I can tell are much harder and sharper yet finer, I've tried it on some powder coated black motorcycle wheels and it works great.
