Both Cp and 303 are fine, but they don't really do anything for the wood trim. The wood trim is more like paint (clear coated) and therefore it makes more sense to use either a plastic-care product or one made for paint. I like to wax my wood trim with Collinite 915 or 476S (whichever is handy). It fills in small scratches and protects from UV damage. Another good product is NXT 2.0. Basically, you want a lot of fill from whatever you use since running a buffer or hand polishing it isn't terribly practical.
