Busy day yesterday - cleaned my daily driver first thing then PC demo then WG'd my garage queen, results below.

I'd already used SSR2.5 on the car some weeks ago and all I did in preparation for the WG was 2 coats of Carlack 68

Money shot :D

Rear 1/4 panel - I love this shot as it looks really deep & glossy IMHO

Second layer of WG 24 hours later - I've tried to replicate the same shot as the first photo in this sequence 24 hours earlier

Should be OK now :)

I ought to add my thoughts on WG I suppose - great stuff!!

OK, that's a bit too quick & easy :D but it's a really great product IMHO. Easy to apply (foam hand pad) and removal's a breeze too (leave for 45 minutes or so then remove with MF) and as I think you can see from the pics it gives very deep and glossy results.

Whether layering it up will deepen the finish further still I don't know :nixweiss but what the heck, I'm going to apply a layer every evenning this week and see what I get!

As for a topper, hmmmm, any suggestions?

yes, you did...................... S-O-U-V-E-R-R-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-N-N-N-N

OR cmw lol

Go on, go on, go on, go on, go on, go on, go on..........

I dare ya lol

Only used mine once so far, will be coming out to play once weather gets better for sure....

Damn I though it looked good after one coat yesterday!

I had to say that as I WAS NOT SUPPOSED to buy anymore bits this month but thanks to you and Mr Creasey I tried that Poorboys Natural look sample you gave me, and now I have to buy some.... Nearly didnt though applied it and it looked glossy, seconds later as I buffed it - looked factory finish.Shame you cant smell it when its applied. You make me spend money, I make you spend money!

Excellent work Andy! The car looks terrific! Best of all, not only does Wolfgang leave an excellent finish but it is frighteningly easy to use!

:)

Thanks Gents! :)

Update after 4th coat of WG - weather considerably worse than weekend :( but I got some good shots tonight anyways.

I'm not sure whether numerous layers of WG have really deepened the paint beyond the point of 2 layers BUT it's just soooo darned easy to work with what the heck!

Any more will I suspect be fruitless so plan next is 2 coats of Signature (for now);)

no signature, only souveran lol

don't go skimping Andy lol If I can find a container, wanna try some?

It's looking great. The weather's not been the best here either.

Love the custom paint job with the vehicle and that bloke painted on the sides. Must be a bugger to touch up...

WOW looking great Andy, cant beleieve you got four coats on her now, I had to stop on mine and start playing with the Souveran ;)

Looks very, very, good...... great job there :xyxthumbs

I'd love to see what a coat of Souveran would do for it!

:har: Took me a minute to catch onto that one.....

Paul - I opted for the "Cherokee and ugly bald bloke" paint job - expensive but worth it....

Lowe - I've got Carlack 68 x 2 underneath that WG and she's going nowhere til the weather picks up so I'm not too concerned about WG duability at this point.

mine has the "fat grumpy welsh git" all over it whenever i look, so think you had a good deal there, mate. lol

Pm me your address if you want some souveran.

Paul

Actually I fibbed! She's off to a mate's workshop tomorrow for 3 days to have this little lot fitted :D

And the rear beam (axle) refurbished.

The bottom box will actually be EBay'd as I've got Skip Brown Roadspeed springs and uprated front & rear solid mounts.

The car will only sit about 25-30mm lower but she'll handle even more sweely than now

And all along I thought it was the intense shine of your car that burnt off your hair!
