Wiper chatter from *protected* windshields? Look in here >

Sean, I am glad that you found a product that finally worked for you. The only product that has ever made my wiper blades chatter is OCW. No *marketed* rain repellant product has ever given me any trouble with chattering. Reading through all of the posts, it seems that many people have very different variables for their chatter equations: windsheilds, wiper blades, wiper treatments, windshield treatments, or any combination of the four. This tells me that given a different automobile, under different circumstances, I might well experience chattering from a different source. Thanks for the info everyone! It might save me a lot of experimenting down the road.
 
I think the wiper design plays a big role. I can't stop some chatter on my wife's Camry but my Lexus is smooth as silk and I only use Scheibenklar and waffle weave to clean it.
