winter and storage!

distrbd

all in the details
Weather here in Toronto is getting colder:mad: I probably have another 2 weeks of so so weather to wash and seal the two cars for winter:snow:
I was wondering when do you all who live in colder regions store your waxes & sealants inside the house to protect them against freezing/
I did mine today,of course it didn't seem much at first but once I collected everything I needed a good size storage bin:D.
I also did the pump saver ritual for the pressure washer.

it's just a sad felling to prepare for winter.

Whenever the temps at night dip down below freezing all my supplies migrate into my basement. It will probably be aa few more weeks for me. It just stinks lugging everything out for a wash or wax.

Interesting.
I just started making room for my stuff in the basement today. :)
Today is in the mid 70s, but Iowa has it's first fall freeze most anytime after late September.
Earlier in the NW part of the state and later in the SE. (Obviously :))
I try to have my stuff inside the house by the middle of October.

My garage is heated so I don't move anything. I detail in the winter it is very nice if I could just get someone to help pay the heating bill.

Maybe CharlesW will donate to my poverty fund. :D

same shmooze every winter.
garage is not heated, so when the temps start falling i move everything inside the house.
a evil of winter.

and it's close, so i'll be doing it soon :(
