winner's circle MF towels

I ordered a couple when Rob was having his sale, but have not tried them yet (I've got WAAAYY too many towels). These are a very good value. The regular green 16x16 is very soft with good pile/plushness. The blue 16x36 WW is pretty good, not as soft as the gray ones and a little thin compared to what I've been using, but still has a very good quality weave to it. It's very similar to the JT International waffle weave i have. The MF mitt is also pretty good, great for interior purposes or buffing off wax. They all passed the CD test, although the waffle weave left some minor marks on the CD when rubbed with a lot of pressure. All in all, very good products for the price.

thanks tkr,

i was going to order the waffle weave. i have pakshaks and love them but at 5.25 these are a great deal. just wanted to make sure they weren't wal-mart type towels.

No, not Wal-Mart towels at all! Like tkr128 said, the WW's are very similar to my JT Intl WW towel, but smaller. So similar that I would not at all be surprised if they came from the same manufacturer. Even now that they aren't on sale I feel that they're still a good value.

I've only used one of the green polishing towels, and it seems every bit as good as other towels I've tried. Perhaps not as thick as some, but feels nice & soft.. No hesitation about using them on paint.

Didn't get any mitts.

I ordered 50 of the towels on sale and very happy that I did.

16 WW towels, and 12 mitts.

all very good quality. Nice and soft and plush.

I too, ordered around 40 of his MF towels and the quality is very good, as good as anything I have purchased to date, and much better than most store bought MF's.

The price is right too! :D

I bought a bunch of the WW towels from Rob when the sale was on. they are quality towels especially for the price. I have a couple of Big Blue WW's and they are hard to beat but these towels were not too far behind. Plus I had some great customer service from Rob with my purchase.

Seems we have way too many qualilty MF vendors here! I may have to bite and get some, along with more of Ranney's and Patrick's. Viking has some good ones that you can buy at AutoZone too. You can't have too many good MFs, IMO. :xyxthumbs

Very nice and high quality towels. I have 12 of these and love them. You will not regret finding another excellent vendor of MF's.

WCD :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs :xyxthumbs

I've got anywhere from 3 to 15 towels coming from each vendor right now. I actually had to stop myself a little while ago because I almost ordered more! The thing that gets me, is it appears that pretty much all of the towels that everyone is selling are the exact same thing, although the descriptions are a little different. They all seem to be blue, light green, and dark green but (according to the vendors) they range from 90,000 fibers per square inch to 200,000 fibers per square inch and ratios that range from 70/30 to 80/20, yet they all look identical :nixweiss This is why I ordered some from everyone, I will see what the deal is when they all arrive next week.

I tried the ww towels last weekend and I was able to dry a full size extended cab pickup with one towel. I was very pleased with the performance especially for the price.:xyxthumbs

Let us know what you think when you receive the MF's Jason. I have WW's from around 5 vendors, they are different sizes and colors, but all of them seem to work fine. The only noticeable difference I see in that some sell WW's that are a slightly thinner weave but they still work just as well!

If you did not already, take a look at Winners Circle, their MF prices are very good and l like I said earlier, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the towels and saw what I had purchased for my money.

One thing I have never seen posted about wc towells is the old waffle weaves he had before his new supply. It almost like a cross between a regular mf and a ww. It is almost identical to except in color and the edges to meguiars new ultimate wipes. The reason I mention this is because these(along with the meguiars) are hands down the best towells to QD with IMO.

Good point madazskunk,

I have one of those WW hybrids ;) and they are great for cleaning glass also. :xyxthumbs

I already have a bunch of ww's, and they work great but I want something less aggressive for polish and finish work so I'm ordering all plush towels from these vendors. So far, the best deal has been from Pakshak. I can believe the deal. My order came to $56.75, and when I received the confirmation from Rinney, it was down to $37.00  Anyway, I will let you guys know how everything looks when they get here.

I tried the WCD WW's today and they're great. I used two (without wringing) to completely dry an Odyssey minivan. I didn't notice any micro-marring.

WCD has my seal of approval. Rob took about 10 days to ship my order, but he promptly answered my inquiries, and threw in 5 green MF towels too. Delays sometimes happen and are a fact of life. But I really liked how he handled this customer.:up

I have a few MFs, WW, and some Wax applicators, all are great products, and Robs service is excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
