Winners Circle MF micro marring?

I always swore by Pak Shak (and still do). But the stitched edge MFs didnt test well for me either. I then went to thier Ultra Plush with the silk edgeing and have had No problems. Now I dont like any stiched edge towels and look for ones that are sillk edged.
 
I just tried doing the CD-test with my waffle weave and bonus green MF from Rob.



I rubbed the green MF pretty hard on my blank cd and there was no visible marring. I made sure to view the cd from about a million different angles and could not find a single scratch.



With the waffle weave, i noticed a few VERY light scratches after rubbing the cd with moderate pressure. I'm sure it would not do any damage under the usual light pressure / blotting technique i use when drying.



I am completely satisifed with these products and to top it off, Rob's customer service is some of the best I have ever encountered.
 
I have not done a CD test with my WW from WCD and I have not been able to see any marring after using them a couple of times. I usually use PakShak MF's and really appreciate Ranneys customer service. However, after doing a trade with Rob on the exchange thread and the way he treated me on that exchange and on my purchase of the WW towels I must say that WCD customer service is A++++ as well. I would not hesitate to purchase products or recommend him to anyone.

This is just my opinion, but I think waffles that are 70/30 are not as soft as waffles that are 80/20. I find the 70/30 waffles to hold more water though. Rob's waffle is 75/25. A good mix in my opinion.

Hey, I did get your message, just really busy- going to Coronado this weekend for wife's 20th HS reunion.



I will say that the wash shampoo is quite good-very good actually. I only had time to wash- no detailing so I haven't used the other stuff. However, the wash is like you said- lubricated as you move across the car and the gloss is very good. My car sat for 3 weeks and I only washed it. I was impressed with how it came out for only washing. The depth and shine looked like I had waxed to car.



I will try the rest soon- promise.

I tried out my ww and green mf towel and they worked flawless. No visauble(sp?) marring and very happy thanks WC.
