windshield wipers, black door posts, etc

My BMW has some black which I believe is paint. It is on the windshield wipers and door posts. I’ve tried 303 protectant, Z-CS, and Z5 with no luck. It still looks faded. Any ideas?

if its not all oxidized yet an AIO should do well. since u like zaino and will be using it by hand i recommend z-aio topped with either zcs or z2

I treat my shadow line trim just like any other painted surface. Yours, probably like mine, was mistaken for plastic and treated wrong. Polishing brought back its appearence.

Even on such surfaces that *are* plastic, I often use the polish/AIO/LSP approach.

The M3's door post trim responded very well to (IIRC) Hi-Temp Heavy Cut followed by one of my AIOs (can't remember if it was the K or Z stuff), topped with 845.

Same, the really smooth plastic trim on my car responded well. The 'bumpy' door guards and rocker panels not so much.

Try Poorboy's World Trim Restore, beautifal on black plastics, smooth or "bumpy"
